forming, exact geometry placement within each roll is a must. The
design will
never work if the rolls do not accurately represent the designer’s
intent. At River City Rollform we
accurately control
form geometry by utilizing a direct AUTOCAD link to a very powerful,
customized CAM
system to achieve a tool motion
and user interfaced cutting sequence that is unparalleled in the
industry. This results in accelerated
cutting times and
a quicker turn-around for the customer.

turning tools, special order carbide, ceramic, CBN, PCBN and diamond
inserts,
and high-grade ceramic grinding wheels. As each piece of tooling is
processed
through our system, our stringent quality control measures are in
effect and
all dimensions are confirmed before the tooling is allowed to proceed
to the
next manufacturing procedure. All of our machinists are responsible for
their
own QC. This approach results in a higher level of pride for our
employees,
equaling a better end product for our customers. A final QC process of
pass
wiring ensures all geometrical dimensions are correct. Combine all this

We

have an inventory of soft and hardened D2 tool steel, pre-bored and
keyed,
ready to be formed cut for most all applications. In
many cases, we can have tooling ready to
ship in less than 24 hours. This keeps
your production line running instead of you.
