Tryout
Our in
house Tryout Department has capabilities to set up rolls from a 1.5”
bore up to
a 3” bore. Our Tryout Technicians are Journeymen Tool makers with a
combined
30+ years experience in the roll forming industry. This experience
consists of
roll set-up; trouble shooting, complete line integration, building
special
machines for secondary operations, and tool room support. We also offer on site tryout, meaning we ship the tooling to your facility, have one of our tryout technicians go to our customers facility to try the tooling out on your mill. With multiple tryout technicians, it is also possible to have the same technician tryout your job at our facility and yours. We also can come into your facility to do maintenance type work such as tightening shafts and machine face line-ups. We realize roll form try out is not a |
