Tryout

Our Engineering and Tryout Departments work in conjunction to prove out your new tooling. This allows our tryout technicians and the designers direct access to each other. As a result, all engineering changes are evaluated by the designer and drawings are updated to ensure proper documentation to you the customer. As a service to you, we prove out your tooling prior to it leaving our facility.

We have several in house tryout mills, along with in house tryout presses.

Note:
The 1-1/2&auot; RLM mills can be attached together to allow a 48 pass tryout capability.
The 2" Yoder mills can be attached together to allow a 42 pass tryout capability.

River City Rollform also staffs full time tryout technicians capable of working off-site, in your facility on any set of rollform tooling, even those provided by another vendor. Our tryout staff has over 50 years of experience in tryout and will be glad to assist in the continuous improvement of your tooling in your facility.
